The Mortgage Recovery Technician manages a portfolio of real estate files related to hypothecary recourses, including rent collection and invoice payments. They are responsible for liaising with internal and external parties, preparing reports, and ensuring all file information is accurately entered into management software.
Candidates must have experience in mortgage recovery or real estate property management and hold a relevant administrative diploma or certificate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively in a bilingual (French/English) professional environment are required.

This person is responsible for the processes and actions required to manage real estate properties in the context of hypothecary recourses and, to that end, uses a sophisticated computer system that enables them to manage a large number of files. This person manages a portfolio of files and works independently, while receiving guidance to ensure the quality and compliance of the work performed.
This position is currently vacant and is open to both internal and external candidates. Gowling WLG is recruiting for this role to support ongoing firm needs and team operations.
