The Client Service Representative will maintain and service a profitable book of business by addressing client inquiries and managing policy documentation. They are also responsible for tracking receivables, preparing monthly Bordereau, and supporting invoicing processes within the Program Group.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience and hold an AMF license, with a willingness to obtain a RIBO license. Strong communication skills in both English and French, along with comprehensive knowledge of Professional Lines insurance, are required.
