Barilla G. e R. Fratelli S.p.A. vuole inserire un Responsabile Manutenzione per lo Stabilimento Bakery di Melfi. La figura riporterà al Technical Area Manager e gestirà un team di 20 persone.
Obiettivo della posizione
Garantire l'affidabilità e l'efficienza delle linee di produzione e confezionamento, , la pianificazione e la gestione delle attività di manutenzione ordinarie, straordinarie, , gli interventi di revamping attraverso la gestione di risorse interne ed esterne ,proporre i progetti di investimento e gli interventi previsti al fine di massimizzare le prestazioni delle linee di produzione, garantendo la disponibilità di ricambi, rispettando le necessità dello stabilimento, gli orientamenti e le linee guida del proprio responsabile e dei riferimenti funzionali del Gruppo.
Competenze
Garantire la gestione e l'aggiornamento della documentazione relativa agli asset e dei documenti obbligatori relativi alle immobilizzazioni di materiale dello Stabilimento, nel rispetto della legge e delle procedure di Gruppo.
Assicurare la definizione delle più adeguate politiche di manutenzione per le linee di produzione e confezionamento come responsabile del programma, dei costi e delle modalità di intervento delle attività programmate, nonché l'utilizzazione delle risorse interne ed esterne basate su le specifiche operative, nel rispetto delle caratteristiche dell'impianto, e secondo le linee guida ricevute dalle unità del Gruppo.
Garantire la realizzazione operativa degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria sulle linee di produzione e confezionamento, coordinando il personale assegnato e le società esterne, nel rispetto dei programmi di produzione e confezionamento e dei piani definiti, perseguendo il miglior rapporto possibile tra tempi e costi.
Garantire la qualità e l'intervento nella preparazione dei servizi di manutenzione, riducendo la durata e il numero degli interventi, minimizzando i costi ed i tempi di fermata per garantire il costante funzionamento delle linee di produzione e delle strutture.
Individuare, considerando le specifiche, modalità di evoluzione delle macchine e degli impianti e delle tecnologie rispetto alla loro obsolescenza, gestire le richieste di modifica provenienti da funzioni produttive e le soluzioni tecniche ottimali, in grado di garantire la massimizzazione dell'efficienza produttiva e la minimizzazione dei costi, fornendo ai propri referenti e alle funzioni tecniche Gruppo tutte le informazioni necessarie per valutare la fattibilità in funzione dell’avvio del processo autorizzativo collegato agli investimenti
Coadiuvare le fasi di montaggio e l'installazione di nuove linee e delle nuove macchine, collaborando nella fase di prova e avvio alla produzione, definendo, in caso di variazioni o ritardi, azioni correttive sulla base delle procedure di Gruppo esistenti.
Garantire il rispetto di tutte le norme e dei regolamenti relativi alla sicurezza nella scelta e installazione delle singole parti tecniche singolari nelle attività di manutenzione
Contribuire, insieme al proprio responsabile, alla gestione e lo sviluppo delle risorse umane assegnate, assicurando, attraverso il coinvolgimento, idonei livelli di competenza, in conformità con le politiche aziendali.
Garantire la corretta gestione e l'affidabilità dei dati di manutenzione e delle informazioni inserite nel sistema CMMS dello Stabilimento.

Diploma di istituto superiore o titolo di laurea
Precedente esperienza maturata nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni
Ottime doti relazionali e di gestione di un team
Pacchetto retributivo
La retribuzione annua lorda (RAL) base offerta non sarà inferiore a € 48.000, in linea con quanto previsto dal Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro applicato (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
L’ Azienda si impegna a offrire un pacchetto retributivo competitivo e, al termine del processo di selezione, potrà proporre una RAL finale superiore rispetto al livello indicato, commisurata all’esperienza, alle competenze e alle qualifiche del/la candidato/a.
Il pacchetto retributivo previsto per la posizione include inoltre una componente variabile e un’offerta competitiva di welfare e benefit. Ulteriori dettagli saranno forniti in una fase successiva e saranno soggetti alle policy aziendali applicabili.
