The Payroll & HRIS Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll and supporting HRIS activities across all BioUrja Group companies. Duties include report generation, system testing, and ensuring compliance with payroll and tax regulations.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of payroll experience, with preference given to those familiar with Paylocity and union environments. An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Reporting to the Payroll & HRIS Analyst, this position is responsible for coordination of activities required to process payroll and support HRIS related activities for all BioUrja Group companies. Duties include report writing, problem solving, system testing, and answering inquiries. Assists in development of overall payroll and HRIS procedures by recommending improvements or changes when deemed necessary for greater efficiency.
