Description
The Director of Shared Services is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving a centralized shared services function across seven operating entities — five in the United States and two in Mexico. This individual will serve as the operational backbone for Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and cross-functional administrative services, leveraging a multi-ERP environment including NetSuite, Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial), Epicor, and Compaqí (CONTPAQi). The role will oversee the bank reconciliations and transaction recording, accounts payable, accounts receivable (including collections and credit validation), fixed assets, and inventory reconciliations across all Forgent entities.
A critical mandate of this role is to serve as a key organizational lead for the enterprise-wide implementation of Coupa, driving procurement transformation, spend visibility, and process standardization across all entities. The Director will work in close partnership with the CAO, controller, COO, IT leadership, and entity General Managers to deliver scalable, cost-effective shared services that support business growth and operational excellence.
