The Continuous Improvement Director leads strategic initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. They are responsible for coaching leadership teams, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and over 15 years of experience in operations leadership, with at least 10 years specifically in Lean transformation roles. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification is preferred, along with a proven track record of driving enterprise-level change.
