The Lead Project Manager provides day-to-day supervision and technical leadership for the project management team while managing a portfolio of complex switchgear manufacturing projects. This role is responsible for project assignments, process standardization, and serving as the primary point of escalation for project issues.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of project management experience in a technical manufacturing environment, specifically with electrical power distribution equipment. A strong understanding of electrical standards and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings are required.
