Lead the wiring design group by overseeing a team of designers and ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of point-to-point diagrams and panel layouts. Act as a working lead by handling high-priority design tasks while establishing drafting standards and training curricula.
Requires over 6 years of experience in wiring diagrams and control panel layouts, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Must be an expert in AutoCAD and possess a strong working knowledge of NEC, UL, and ANSI/IEEE standards.
