You’ll help modernize end-to-end U.S. payroll processes by reducing manual work, strengthening controls, and improving data quality. You will partner closely with Payroll Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology to deliver practical, measurable improvements. This role is ideal if you enjoy solving process problems, building smart automation, and elevating operational performance through analytics.
As an HR Service Delivery – US Pay & Time Operations professional within our payroll department, you will help streamline U.S. payroll operations by improving workflows, data integrity, and system performance. You will support integration across payroll, time and attendance, and finance data to enable better reconciliation and fewer exceptions. You will contribute to automation and standardization efforts that improve cycle time, accuracy, and scalability. You will help maintain a strong control environment by supporting documentation, testing readiness, and compliance requirements.
