The Universal Banker is responsible for managing customer relationships through consultative banking, processing branch transactions, and achieving sales goals. They also handle operational duties, ensure regulatory compliance, and educate clients on financial products and technology.
Requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or banking. Candidates must have experience handling money, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel up to 15% within the region.
