The Administrator oversees all clinical, administrative, and business operations of the ambulatory surgical center to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Key duties include driving top-line growth through physician recruitment and managing the facility's financial performance and P&L.
A Bachelor's degree or RN/BSN is preferred, with a minimum of four years of supervisory or management experience required. Candidates should have knowledge of AAAHC standards and experience in budgeting and personnel management, with ASC experience highly preferred.

This position is responsible for all clinical, administrative, and business office operations. This role includes planning, organizing, delegating, coordination, staff utilization, budgeting, controlling, and marketing the services provided by the facility. In addition, the Administrator is responsible for the administration and supervision of all medical personnel and is accountable for the coordination of all medical care given and all related supporting services of the ambulatory surgical center and its personnel.
