We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our regional office in Los Angeles, CA or Long Beach, CA. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. This person will manage the reporting process for regional in-process developments, assist in the underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence functions associated with the acquisition, development, and/or re-development of shopping centers to ensure that Regency is making well-informed investment decisions based on all relevant facts and circumstances, and provide credit analysis on potential tenants and vendors.

The Los Angeles / Long Beach hiring salary range for the Senior Financial Analyst position is between $95,000 to $110,000 annually. The base salary is just one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including eligibility for a 10% target bonus opportunity. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
