Responsibilities
Responsible for the general upkeep and repair of property facilities, including guest rooms, cottages, and public areas. Duties include responding to guest requests and performing preventative maintenance on building systems.
Requirements
Must possess the ability to safely install and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. A valid driver's license and a successful background check are required for operating company vehicles.

Job Description:
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the property facilities, including guest rooms, cottages, RV sites, public amenity areas, and business offices. They are skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, locksmithing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Duties include responding to guest requests, repairing breaks, maintaining inventory, and preventative maintenance.
Requirements
The Maintenance Technician must have the knowledge, skills, and ability to safely install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of building systems and equipment. Responsibilities and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
General Maintenance
Carpentry, framing, drywall repair, caulking, and wall molding.
Installation and repair of countertops, cabinets, interior and exterior doors, fencing, gutters, downspouts, and connecting hoses.
Repair and replacement of window screens, tracks/runners, weather stripping, curtain rods, and blinds.
Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC
Basic electrical troubleshooting, including circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, fuses, and light fixtures.
Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
Plumbing repairs, including toilets, sinks, vanities, garbage disposals, and drain cleaning.
Ability to clean drains and sewer lines up to 4 inches.
Appliance & Grounds Maintenance
Repair and maintenance of appliances, including stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
Maintenance of irrigation systems.
Pest control and removal.
Tools & Equipment
Skilled in the safe use of a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to safely operate a golf cart.

Driver License Background Check:
Candidates must successfully pass a license background check as part of the hiring process. This is essential to ensure that all employees operating a company vehicle meet the necessary safety standards.
