A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, with a Master's degree or 150 credit hours preferred. Candidates should be CPA-eligible or have a plan to pass the exam, with 0 to 3 years of public accounting experience.

Position Overview
The Tax Department Associate completes basic level corporate, individual, partnership and fiduciary tax returns. Under the supervision of a CPA, Associates are expected to exercise independent judgment and discretion when preparing tax returns based on their knowledge of accounting rules.
