Team Leader - Water, Wellington We have the opportunity to support senior water professionals into Team Leadership to help shape our business and take us to the next level. Our preference is for candidates who want to further develop their people management experience with full support, training, and mentorship, your area of technical skill can be any skillset across water engineering and we are open to support professionals across Professional Levels 3+.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have an excellent understanding of diversity & inclusion, and be a motivator, collaborator, and a good corporate citizen. This role will have strategic commercial influence and will be integral to delivering a coherent and consistent client strategy, ensuring the Wellington team is able to deliver projects in a timely fashion, ensure that staff are engaged and included, and to support the wider WSP business.
Skills and Experience • A qualification in civil engineering or equivalent with appropriate training and experience • Minimum of five years of professional experience in consultancy • Strong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise competing demands • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
