At ERM, as a Senior Consultant, EHS Compliance, based in Indianapolis, Indiana or St. Louis, Missouri, you’ll tackle complex regulatory challenges, work on high-profile projects for global clients, and continue expanding your technical depth alongside some of the industry’s leading experts.
You’ll play a key role in helping organizations navigate environmental, health, and safety requirements while advancing sustainable practices. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers and Partners across a range of projects including EHS compliance, sustainability, site investigation and remediation, environmental impact assessment, and due diligence.

Your work will directly support safer operations, stronger compliance, and more sustainable outcomes for clients. From fieldwork to reporting and client engagement, you’ll contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that address real-world environmental challenges.
