At Baptist Senior Family, we're looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Tech II to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. In this hands-on role, you'll perform a variety of building maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks that directly contribute to the quality of life within our community.

As a Maintenance Tech II, you'll have the opportunity to use your technical skills across a variety of trades while making a meaningful impact every day. From repairing apartments and maintaining building systems to assisting residents and ensuring our campus remains safe and attractive, your work plays a vital role in supporting our mission of exceptional senior care. You'll enjoy a collaborative work environment where your craftsmanship, reliability, and problem-solving abilities are valued.
• Complete carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and medium-duty electrical repairs to maintain safe, functional, and attractive facilities.
• Inspect, test, and maintain building systems and equipment while responding promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance, including snow removal, and help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property.
• Communicate professionally with residents, coworkers, and vendors to resolve maintenance concerns while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety procedures, use proper PPE, maintain accurate maintenance records, and complete assigned projects with minimal supervision.
