The Data Governance Lead will establish and manage end-to-end governance processes for critical infrastructure data, including ownership, quality controls, and compliance monitoring. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in operations research, supply chain management, or technical program leadership, along with a bachelor's degree in a technical field. Strong expertise in data governance, cross-functional communication, and technical program management is required.
