Inspect construction work for conformance with plans, specifications, and safety requirements while documenting daily site activities. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project progress, quality control, and timely resolution of design conflicts.
Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant heavy civil infrastructure inspection experience. Candidates must be proficient in electronic field reporting platforms and possess a valid driver's license.
We’re seeking Construction Inspectors of various skill levels across civil and structural, mechanical and plumbing, and electrical disciplines to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs including transit (both rail and bus) and transportation projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. Your focus will be field verification to confirm that installed work matches approved plans and specifications, document what happens on site every day, and catch problems early on.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Expected Salary: $85k-$150k/year ($41-$72/hour). Luster provides the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might offer for this position based on the successful candidate’s level of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, geographic location, etc. Luster reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on circumstances not related to any status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
