The Director of Program Management will lead a team of project managers to drive cross-functional execution across the medical device portfolio. They are responsible for establishing program management standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing complex programs from concept through commercialization.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive program or project management experience in a regulated industry. Strong knowledge of medical device quality systems and 5 years of people leadership experience are required.
The Director of Program Management will lead a team of Project Managers and drive cross-functional execution across our medical device portfolio. This leader will be responsible for building strong program management practices, ensuring operational rigor, and delivering complex development and commercialization programs on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Directly supervises up to 4-6 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Travel Required: Moderate

This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected annual base salary for this position is $170K-210K CAD. This role may also be eligible for a company bonus or commission plan, as applicable to the position. Canadian work experience is not required.
