Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in engineering or construction project management. Professional Engineer (PE) certification and proficiency in AutoCAD or Microstation are preferred.
Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Terminal Development is responsible for leading the planning, design, permitting, construction, and maintenance of TRANSFLO terminal and facility assets. This role partners with operations, sales, vendors, contractors, municipalities, and internal stakeholders to deliver capital and maintenance projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, engineering or construction experience, contractor/vendor oversight, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage complex facility initiatives with minimal supervision.
