Requirements
Candidates must hold a Red Seal certification or equivalent and have 4-7 years of experience as a production supervisor or in industrial trades. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industrial marine construction and repair are required.

The Training & Coaching Supervisor will play an integral role in supporting both apprentices, and the continuous development of the skilled trades in the work force. This will be achieved through training program development, facilitating employee training, record keeping, continuous learning initiatives, identifying employee’s skill gaps and developing then implementing an action plan that aligns with the goals of the company. To refine skillset, agility, and keep up to date with production requirements up to 15% of this role may include Production Supervision. This is a day shift position but occasional work on weekends, 2nd or backshift will be required, depending on business needs.
