The HRBP aligns people strategies with organizational goals by providing strategic and operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle. Key duties include partnering with leaders on talent attraction, retention, employee relations, and organizational change initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and at least 5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in engineering or construction. A professional HR certification (CHRP) and demonstrated knowledge of workforce planning and change models are required.
Role at a Glance
The HR Business Partner is the first point of support with all levels in the organization to align people strategies with organizational goals. This role provides strategic and operational HR advice/recommendations/plans for process and best practice and adherence information for policy in all functions of the HR Life cycle. The HRBP is a trusted advisor, influencing required changes as the HR function evolves to meet growth targets. This role learns and supports the Director, HR and partners across the HR functions to provide input on key performance metrics and changes required that further enable strategic and operational best practice delivery.
