As a Product Specialist, you’ll turn customer requirements into clear, accurate, and compelling proposals for our Switchgear Portfolio. You’ll work at the center of sales, engineering, and operations—solving problems, providing real time support, and helping customers move forward with confidence in a fast paced environment.
This role is based at Eaton’s South Milwaukee, WI site and follows a weekly hybrid schedule of three days in office/two days at home.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum one year of work experience in product support, customer service, inside sales, or proposal support

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field from an accredited institution is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using an ERP systems and a quotation system is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year working with SAP would be a bonus
- Four years or more of experience in product support, customer service, inside sales, or proposal support in a technical environment is desired
- Experience in the commercial & industrial and utility markets would be a plus
