Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare business processes and EHR utilization. A minimum of an associate degree is required, with a bachelor's degree and specialty certifications preferred.
Previous healthcare experience preferred, strong aptitude for technology!
Leads the support and documentation of functional clinical requirements within IT application systems. Drives collaboration across IT teams to develop and build solutions for users/departments based on clinical requirements throughout the system. Facilitates caregiver engagement, ensuring meaningful and efficient use of the EHR across disciplines and departments. Drives system adoption, workflow improvements, and continuous optimization. This is primarily an onsite position with flexibility to work remotely when appropriate, as determined by department needs.
