The Operations Manager oversees production, maintenance, customer service, and supply chain functions to ensure strategic objectives and P&L targets are met. They are responsible for process optimization, budget management, and the development of staff to maintain high efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold an Engineering degree and possess over 10 years of experience in operations or technical management within the plastic sector. Proficiency in injection molding, lean methodologies, and relevant quality standards like ISO and cGMP is required.
