Lead the daily operations of the inside sales and customer service team while serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments. Drive revenue growth by developing customer relationships, managing quotations, and implementing process improvements.
Requires at least 5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in the wire and cable industry, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Enterprise, and MRP/ERP systems is essential.

Position Summary:
As our Customer Service Manager you will serve as the key liaison between our customers and internal departments, including sales, business development, engineering, and operations for our San Marcos, CA manufacturing facility within the Wire & Cable and Assemblies Division. Your hands-on leadership will ensure exceptional support for all stakeholders, ultimately contributing to increased revenue. A willingness to be actively involved is essential.

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is up to $116,000 (DOE) plus incentive compensation.
