Responsible for airframe structural testing, including fixture and instrumentation design, and performing FEM and hand calculations for aerospace structures. The role involves mentoring junior analysts and writing detailed substantiation reports for FAA airworthiness approvals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years of experience, or a Master's/PhD with 4 or 2 years respectively. Proficiency in CATIA V5 and Abaqus for composite static and fatigue analysis is essential.

What You’ll Do
Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Experience Requirements: Senior Structural Test Engineer or related job title in which 6 years of experience in Composite and Metallic analysis (static and fatigue), design engineering, and instrumentation engineering was gained.
Alternate Education Requirement: Master’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
Alternate Experience Requirement: Senior Structural Test Engineer or related job title in which 4 years of experience Computer Assisted Design (CATIA V5) and Finite Element (Abaqus) - model setup and analysis (static and fatigue) for composites was gained.
Alternate Education Requirement: PhD Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
