The Lead Sourcing Specialist will provide site sourcing support for product lines, managing NPI programs and mass production requirements. They are responsible for driving sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance, and overseeing purchasing contracts.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and possess at least 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement within an industrial environment. Proficiency in purchasing systems like SAP or Oracle and strong negotiation and project management skills are required.
For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between 88,900.00 and 112,000.00 CAD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
