Key Responsibilities
The AI Program Manager develops, maintains, and continuously evolves NDT Global's Enterprise AI Adoption Roadmap, establishing enterprise priorities, adoption milestones, and AI enablement initiatives aligned with the company's business and technology strategy. The role monitors AI industry trends, evaluates emerging enterprise AI capabilities, and recommends new opportunities that can create value for the organization. Progress, adoption maturity, and roadmap evolution are regularly communicated to senior leadership to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
As NDT's trusted AI advisor, the AI Program Manager partners with business leaders to identify opportunities where approved AI technologies can enhance day-to-day work. The role provides guidance on AI capabilities, facilitates the evaluation and adoption of enterprise AI tools, and helps departments confidently integrate AI into their existing ways of working. While supporting business teams throughout their AI adoption journey, the role does not own the implementation of business improvements or the realization of productivity gains.
The AI Program Manager is responsible for building AI literacy across the organization through awareness programs, workshops, demonstrations, and practical training. The role develops best practices, reusable guidance, prompt libraries, and learning resources while establishing and supporting a network of AI Champions who encourage knowledge sharing and adoption within their respective business areas.
Working collaboratively with IT, Cybersecurity, the Business Data Architecture team, HR, and Legal, the AI Program Manager promotes the secure, responsible, and compliant use of AI technologies. The role supports the evolution of enterprise AI governance, evaluates new AI platforms for business adoption, and helps ensure that AI capabilities are introduced in alignment with NDT's security, technology architecture, and governance standards.

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with several years of experience leading technology adoption, digital transformation, business enablement, or change management initiatives. The successful candidate demonstrates strong communication and facilitation skills, the ability to influence without direct authority, and a passion for helping people embrace new technologies.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies is highly desirable, as is an understanding of responsible AI practices, enterprise governance, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Success Measures
Success in this role is measured by the effective execution of the Enterprise AI Adoption Roadmap, increased adoption of approved AI platforms across the organization, growth in employee AI literacy and confidence, expansion of the AI Champions community, and positive engagement from business teams with AI enablement services. The role also contributes to maintaining a secure, responsible, and well-governed AI environment while continuously identifying new opportunities to enhance NDT's enterprise AI capabilities.
Guiding Principles
The AI Program Manager enables rather than executes. Business functions own their transformation and operational outcomes, while the AI Program Manager provides the guidance, education, governance, and enterprise capabilities that help them succeed. The role champions a business-first approach to AI adoption, promotes responsible and secure use of emerging technologies, encourages experimentation and continuous learning, and helps ensure that AI becomes a practical productivity tool embedded in the everyday work of NDT employees.
