The Accounting Assistant manages daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, invoicing, and month-end analysis of revenues and expenses. They are also responsible for preparing grant files and coordinating payment requests and customer follow-ups.
Candidates should have a college diploma in administration or office automation and at least two years of similar experience. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required, with knowledge of MD365 and GP considered an asset.

Rôle
En tant qu’Assistant(e) comptable, tu joueras un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe en prenant en charge différentes opérations comptables au quotidien. Grâce à ton sens de l’organisation et ta rigueur, tu contribueras directement à la qualité et à l’efficacité des activités financières.
Professionnel(le) et polyvalent(e), tu collaboreras étroitement avec l’équipe pour soutenir les processus comptables, assurer le suivi des dossiers et faire avancer les priorités opérationnelles. Tu participeras aux analyses, proposeras des améliorations et t’impliqueras concrètement dans le bon déroulement des activités.
