You will perform structural analysis and seismic qualification for nuclear power plant components while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Additionally, you will lead project team members in developing design specifications and reviewing vendor qualification reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Structural or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and possess at least five years of relevant experience in the nuclear industry. Proficiency in structural mechanics analysis software and familiarity with regulatory codes such as AISC, ASCE, and IEEE are essential.

You will collaborate with a team including other component qualification engineers, interface with engineers from other disciplines, and guide the work of less experienced project team members.
