The Employment Counsellor provides one-on-one career guidance, resume support, and interview preparation to Indigenous clients. They also facilitate workshops, build community partnerships, and represent the organization at various outreach events.
Candidates must have post-secondary education in Human or Social Services and experience in employment services or counselling. A valid Manitoba driver's license and a clear criminal record check are also required.

The Opportunity
As an Employment Counsellor, you will work directly with Indigenous clients, supporting them in career exploration, job readiness and employment pathways. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness with a commitment to community-based support.
