The Research Assistant is responsible for managing, distributing, and ensuring accountability of study products used by participants at the Centre for Ocular Research and Education. This includes educating participants on product use, maintaining inventory, and liaising with financial departments.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, with preference for Optometric Assistant certification and at least 3 years of experience in a vision or healthcare setting. Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of regulatory compliance are also important.

Primary Purpose
This position is primarily responsible for the management, distribution and accountability of the study products used by study participants of the Centre for Ocular Research and Education (CORE). The incumbent must educate study participants on the proper use of assigned products according to protocol requirements. This position is contingent upon funding.
