Coordinate and conduct ship training visits to improve Sailor proficiency in the operation and maintenance of CRUDES gas turbine propulsion systems. Perform comprehensive material condition assessments and advise ship leadership on crew proficiency and maintenance practices.
Requires at least 15 years of supervisory experience with Navy CRUDES main propulsion systems and extensive experience as an Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW). An active Secret security clearance and a degree or equivalent management experience are mandatory.
