About this clinic...
Clinic Environment With 3 private treatment rooms and a dedicated gym, this clinic is set up for focused, hands-on care. At least one member of the team is ASTYM-certified, and the clinic has a track record of supporting clinicians through Therapeutic Associates' Residency program for those looking to formalize their development.
Growth & Learning This clinic takes development seriously. Clinicians here have advanced into leadership and specialty roles, and the director actively encourages teaching, CI opportunities, and student mentorship. If you come in with a specialty interest, there's room to build it and a mentor who is willing to help you get there.
Patient Population The caseload is broad general orthopedics, with a significant spine component alongside a wide range of extremity diagnoses. It's a solid foundation for a clinician who wants to sharpen clinical reasoning across a diverse mix of presentations rather than narrow into a single niche right away.
Career Path to Leadership We believe in investing in our employees and their future. If you are interested in eventually running your own clinic. We offer a structured career path with unparalleled training and support to become a successful clinic leader and potentially a shareholder in the company. This allows you to have a direct impact on the direction and success of our organization, should you choose to pursue this path.
PT Cohort ProgramAs a new physical therapist at Therapeutic Associates, you’re not just joining a company - you’re entering a community that’s passionate about your growth, both professionally and personally. We are Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy; a physical therapist-owned and operated partnership of clinics. Our structure is unique and has contributed to our significant history and success. Each clinic director is a practicing PT and owner in their facility and/or the company at large and is committed to providing all customers with the highest quality care and service available. All clinics share administrative services and many other resources that allow us to learn from each other and grow together. But, each clinic operates autonomously to best serve its staff and its community. Our Company Ownership Track, One-on-One Mentorship Programs, Orthopedic Residency Program and Leadership Development Training Program are among our unique opportunities for employees.
We opened our first clinic in 1952 and have always been committed to working hard and having fun, showing compassion for others, and advancing our company and the professional through education and innovation. Over the years we have developed, refined, and continued to utilize practice management tools to guide and measure the effectiveness of our clinical care. Not only do all of our clinics use these tools, but many physical therapy facilities around the country use them too. Through our CareConnections Outcomes Program, we follow evidence-based treatment guidelines and track patient outcomes and satisfaction.
We always welcome new teammates and partners. Visit our website to read more about our legacy and our vision for the future.
