The Coordinator is responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children by designing learning activities and managing a team of Educators. They must build strong relationships with parents and colleagues while ensuring the overall well-being and safety of all children.
Candidates must hold a Diploma level qualification recognized by ACECQA (or be working towards one) and possess relevant CPR and First Aid certifications. A genuine passion for working with children and valid Australian work rights are required.
