Requires 3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, or gig economy fields with a proven track record of launching AI/ML-powered products. Must possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise in system architectures, and proficiency with tools like SQL and Figma.
3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig, or related field
Proven experience in demonstrating AI-native mindset with hands-on use of generative AI to rapidly prototype ideas, automate repetitive workflows, synthesize insights from unstructured data, and improve decision-making. Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development practices (e.g., spec-driven development, AI coding assistants, and agentic workflows) to accelerate product discovery and execution.
A history of strong partnerships with design and engineering, with a general understanding of design and development systems and processes
Demonstrate a high level of empathy and storytelling capability to influence a large network of stakeholders and customers.
Technical expertise and the ability to make informed trade-offs between various system architectures.
Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or equivalent
