This role supports the development of AI-powered solutions that transform large volumes of network and customer data into actionable insights, enabling faster issue detection and smarter operational decisions.

Job Responsibilities

As a Proactive Network Experience Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven analytics and monitoring solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and testing Machine Learning models for anomaly detection, prediction, and data-driven insights.

• Designing, prototyping, and evaluating AI agents to automate data analysis, monitoring, and operational workflows.

• Collecting, cleaning, integrating, and analyzing data from multiple sources, including network performance metrics, customer experience management (CEM) systems, and operational platforms.

• Building data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical tools to support proactive network performance monitoring and decision-making.

• Collaborating with engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define use cases, validate model performance, and recommend improvements.

• Conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and potential service issues.

• Monitoring model performance and supporting continuous improvement through testing, tuning, and optimization.

• Preparing technical documentation, project reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Supporting the evaluation of new AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Contributing to process improvements and innovation initiatives related to AI, analytics, and automation.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project:

AI-Assisted Proactive Monitoring Tool

You will support the development of an AI-powered monitoring solution that leverages Key Quality Indicator (KQI) data from multiple sources, including:

• Network performance counters

• Customer Experience Management (CEM) probes

• Customer complaints and feedback

• External contextual data

The objective is to automatically detect anomalies at hotspot locations, identify potential service degradations before customers are significantly impacted, and provide actionable insights to support operational teams. This project offers valuable exposure to real-world AI applications in telecommunications and customer experience optimization.

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and self-motivated individual who meets the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Knowledge of Data Analytics, data visualization, and statistical analysis techniques.

• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and feature engineering.

• Interest or experience in AI Agents, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or intelligent automation solutions.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
