WHAT WE’LL NEED
The Director, Menu Strategy & Pricing is a key member of the commercial team, unlocking growth and profitability through menu offering and strategic pricing.
A great Director is a collaborative and energetic relationship-builder with sound commercial acumen and cultural competence. This leader operates with an ownership mindset, clear accountability, analytics and strategic thinking, and with a passion for growing the business.
Role Responsibilities include:
Developing pricing strategy and establish pricing guardrails and governance
Establishing pricing for new products, bundles and LTOs
Guiding price communication and value messaging across consumer touchpoints
Developing and maintains menu architecture strategy, category roles
Developing and tests new pricing architecture, menu flow, value ladders and menu architectures
Managing RMS relationship and monitors impact of pricing actions
Monitoring competitive pricing and market value positioning
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
8-10+ years experience in pricing or menu management for hospitality brand
Education Requirements
Bachelor degree required
Graduate degree preferred (MBA or professional degree)
