The Account Manager is responsible for prospecting new business leads and nurturing client relationships to promote logistics services. They will also manage operations, negotiate rates, and monitor carrier performance to ensure operational excellence.
A high school degree or GED and prior customer service skills are required. An associate's or bachelor's degree, logistics experience, and proficiency with Salesforce are preferred.
