Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients protect what matters most? As a Bilingual Customer Service Broker, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients with their home and auto insurance needs while building lasting relationships and driving business growth.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Service, you’ll combine your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client-first mindset to deliver a seamless and positive insurance experience.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Outstanding Client Support
Handle inbound calls and written inquiries with professionalism and care
Process policy changes accurately and efficiently within internal systems
Provide clear guidance on coverage, billing, and policy details
Assess Risk & Apply Expertise
Evaluate risks in accordance with underwriting guidelines
Ensure policies meet binding requirements while protecting both client and business interests
Resolve Issues with Confidence
Investigate and resolve client concerns with empathy and urgency
Identify root causes, implement solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Partner with leadership to improve processes and client experience
Drive Growth Opportunities
Identify sales opportunities by engaging clients and understanding their needs
Collect expiration dates (ex-dates) and proactively work toward retention and growth targets
Support Operational Excellence
Prepare client correspondence and documentation with accuracy
Handle rewrites and remarketing according to established guidelines
Maintain client records, rate manuals, and coverage updates
Keep detailed logs and flag complex issues for management review
Champion Quality & Compliance
Deliver service aligned with company standards and confidentiality practices
Continuously contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability
What You Bring
This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:
Valid RIBO License (required)
1+ year experience in personal lines (home & auto insurance)
Fluency in French and English (required)
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

This position offers a competitive salary within a range from $55,011 to $75, 583, along with rewarding bonuses that recognize your dedication.
