Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations for residential properties, including installing trim and painting. Handle on-call rotations and winter snow removal duties.

We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kitchener, ON. This is an exciting and challenging position in a growth-oriented organization. If you are a team player with proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment this may be the opportunity for you.
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences
• General maintenance and painting
• Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.
• On-call rotation required;
• Snow removal during winter months
• All other duties as required
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to work as part of a team, and also under minimal supervision
• Effective, proven skills and experience
• Renovations experience is considered an asset
• Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is considered an asset
• Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• A competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience (consisting of an hourly rate in the range of $24-$29 per hour)
