The HR Delivery Centre (HRDC) provides a streamlined delivery of standardized transactional, operational, and consultative services using a scalable shared service model, to deliver process and time efficiencies while ensuring compliance.
Reporting to the Manager, HR Delivery Centre and as a member of the HR Delivery Centre, the HR Operations Coordinator provides operations support to all KPMG employees, Partners, retirees, and former employees.
The successful candidate for this role must be flexible to work on a rotational shift basis from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.
This position is a 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will require fluent written and verbal English as this individual will support a national team and stakeholders across Canada.
KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $47,000 to $71,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
