Summary
The Counter Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for sales and customer service at Noble Gas Solutions, LLC retail locations. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. The role is responsible for supporting customers, processing transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a clean and organized retail environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent required, two (2) years previous product, warehouse, sales experience, and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience combined.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in a plant/warehouse setting, with occasional outdoor exposure during the workday. The role may involve exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level can be loud at times. Standard office equipment—including computers, phones, scanners, and copiers—is used regularly in the performance of this role.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described below are representative of those necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, and controls; reach with hands and arms; and communicate verbally. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus. The employee frequently stands, walks, stoops, kneels, or crouches, and may occasionally sit, climb, or balance. The role requires regularly lifting and/or moving objects up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lifting and/or moving items exceeding 125 pounds with the use of appropriate material handling equipment.
