Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in property claims and proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility software. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for an associate or bachelor degree.

Contractors are expected to uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism, representing both the client and company with integrity.
