Lifetime Activities is looking for a part-time customer service representative for it's location at the Santa Clara Tennis Center. Lifetime Activities is a successful, mature company with 30+ years of experience managing and staffing tennis and recreational facilities.
Description:
The ideal candidate possesses the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience for the Santa Clara tennis and pickleball community by assisting with court reservations, racquet stringing, offering equipment recommendations, basic class placement advice to a diverse clientele. Must be able to anticipate the needs of knowledgeable patrons as well as new customers seeking advice and guidance. The ideal candidate is a friendly, customer focused individual who enjoys helping others and working in a positive team environment.
Duties include:
NOTE: This position is required by law to submit to a consumer investigative report. Applicants are also subject to a health screening, following a conditional offer of employment.

With 6 locations and over 200 team members, we are firmly established within the industry and have gained a strong reputation for excellent service, accountability, and excellence in community tennis. Ownership and direction of the organization are led by Dana Gill, a former collegiate/touring player, Elite USPTA certified pro, and grassroots advocate.
