Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians to coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance. Manage repair orders, provide cost estimates, and ensure high-quality service to encourage repeat business.
Requires at least two years of automotive experience and reliable transportation. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to use auto estimating software.

-Suggest maintenance and repair services to the customer
based upon vehicle’s diagnosis
-Have effective interpersonal, oral, and communication skills
-Bilingual applicants preferred
-Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
-Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
-Create repair orders and communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
-Explain repair estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs
-Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
-Reconcile daily and weekly paperwork for finance records
-Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks
-Familiarity with auto estimating software R.O. Writer is preferred
