The Career Advisor provides counseling and coaching to help customers enhance their professional skillsets and obtain employment. This includes conducting career assessments, identifying training needs, and guiding job seekers through the career exploration process.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree and previous workforce experience are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and insurance, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
