Provide professional payroll support by handling inbound calls and ServiceNow tickets to resolve inquiries regarding paychecks and taxes. Coordinate with the payroll team for manual payment adjustments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll policies and Workday updates.
Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in both call-center customer service and payroll processing. Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of US and Canadian tax and labor laws is preferred.
